OPERATION
- To turn on EYEWEAR, momentarily press rear “POWER” button. The RED
light indicates the SUNGLASSES are on. The front “RECORDING/PHOTO” button
controls the video recorder and the digital camera. To record video,
hold the front button down for three seconds. The slow blinking red light
shows it is recording. To stop recording quickly press & release the front button once. To take a picture press and release the front “RECORDING/PHOTO” button
quickly. The red light will blink once for each picture. To turn SUNGLASSES off press the rear button for three seconds. If the SUNGLASSES are
powered on and aren't recording or taking pictures it will shut off after
30 seconds. NOT RECORDING - SOLID RED LIGHT ON - If the RED LIGHT remains
on but the SUNGLASSES won't Record or Take Pictures, the SD Memory Card may be full and your videos/pictures files need to be downloaded to your computer. Make sure when you transfer files from your SUNGLASSES to your computer using the CUT & PASTE function and not CUT & COPY. FORMAT
MICRO SD CARD - Simply plug
your Eyewear into your computer with the supplies USB cable. When the
"Lettered" drive appears on your "Desktop" right click the drive and then
click on FORMAT. Use the "SIMPLE FORMAT" option. CAUTION- Always insert and remove the Micro SD card with the EYEWEAR
turned off. If you eject the Micro SD card while the power is on you
will need to reset the EYEWEAR. To reset the EYEWEAR, insert a
paperclip into the reset hole below and to the rear of the power button.
First
download any files you have already recorded because you
will loose all information when you Format the card WINDOWS VISTA OPERATING SYSTEMS - Sportsman Eyewear are designed to operate on Windows PC & Mac computers but we have found out that some VISTA Operating systems can not keep up with the speed of the PLAYER in the Sportsman Eyewear. All you need to do is download you video's to your computer and play them from the computer. BATTERY - For the
initial three charges, charge the battery for 8-12** Hours NOTE: THE REAR BLUE "CHARGING INDICATOR" LIGHT & THE FRONT RED POWER INDICATOR LIGHT STAY ON DURING CHARGING) Charge the battery with the glasses turned off for best results. After the initial
three charges, the glasses will completely recharge in 3-4 hours. **Don’t charge for more than 12 hours DISCONNECTING
FROM COMPUTER - When finished be sure to use
the EXTENDED
WARRANTY: A one-year
Extended Warranty is available at the time of purchase for $29.00.
Warranty does not cover damage due to water or electronic damage as a
result of being dropped or as a result of an improper power source being
used for re-charging the battery. Extended Warranty must be purchased
at the time of sale. Shipping cost for repairs will be borne by both
parties. |
